In this design I looked closely at florals from the garden and how i could incorporate them into textiles.

Materials have a contemporary feel to the period style costume. Textiles inspired from inventions of the time. In particular this sample influenced by cars from the period and rust from the story plot.		The Wicked Witch Textiles The Wicked Witch from The Wizard of Oz. Design created form scientific cells under a microscope. Mixed with trapunto and yarns to create a dominant and magical effect to the characters personality.
Dorothy Textiles Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. Breaking Down Textiles. Used as Dorothy was dirt poor and her costume needed to reflect her person.
